If did not purchase an item through our website we unfortunately cannot take back that item for a return, refund or exchange. If you purchased the item on our website and have a receipt we will accept a return for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase. Item must be unworn.
We will repair most broken/damaged jewelry at a nominal charge. Please contact us for details.
* International shipments cannot be tracked once they leave the U.S. We will provide tracking when the shipment is in the U.S. but are not responsible for packages once they leave the U.S. If you would like us to send via registered mail or use your own mail carrier we can do that for additional fee.
